DRAGS & GYMKHANA. @MASINGA 2016

A quick Definition of what a Drag Race means from the Wikipedia..... " Drag racing is a type of motor racing in which automobiles or motorcycles (usually specially prepared for the purpose) compete, usually two at a time, to be first to cross a set finish line.While Gymkhana is a type of Motorsport . Similar to autocross , the goal of gymkhana is to achieve the fastest time possible; memorizing the course is a significant part of achieving a fast time. The name is loaned from the equestrian discipline of gymkhana . Gymkhana events are time and/or speed events in an automobile. These can feature obstacles such as cones, tires, and barrels. The driver must maneuver through a predetermined "track" performing many different driving techniques. What separates gymkhana from traditional autocross events is that the gymkhana requires drivers to perform reversals, 180 degree spins, 360 degree spins, parking boxes, figure 8s, and other advanced skill

MBCK and BMW drive

The first ever Mercedes Benz Club Kenya and BMW drive took place on 3rd of July 2016. This drive brought together members and owners of the Mercedes Benz and BMW brand together, with the goal being interaction and fostering a partnership geared towards the growth of the Two Clubs. The Theme of the Drive was Changing Perceptions Meeting point : Was at the Total Mombasa Road and the Drive was a Success!!!
